Our nurse can help you manage long-term health conditions (note: no diagnoses).

• Blood pressure checks

• Diabetes education and blood sugar support

• Help managing high blood pressure

• COPD education and support

• Medication reviews

• Support for chronic pain

🛡️ Preventive Health & Lifestyle Support

• Immunizations

• Help to quit smoking

• Healthy lifestyle tips and counselling

📚 Education & Follow-Up

• Learn how to use new medications or monitor at home (e.g., BP, glucose)

• Follow-ups after hospital visits or specialist appointments

• Help with forms, and navigating community resources

👩 Women’s Health

• Cervical Cancer Screening - support with self-testing.

• Once certified, our nurse will offer Pap tests for those that need them. Ask us if you're due!

🩹 Wound & Skin Care

• Bandage and dressing changes

• Ostomy care and education

• Wound checks and ongoing care

• Bed sore (pressure sore) support

🧠 Memory & Cognitive Testing

• Do you have memory concerns? book for a MOCA (Montreal Cognitive Assessment) before seeing your physician.

• SIMARD MD (for driving assessments)

👂 Other Services

• Ear flushing (for wax buildup)
